LOL hello everyone!

Does anyone play with a wii ?
If so, has anyone found they can use the stick/controls ok and can move around to play the games?

Had a little play on ours that gathers dust today, my daughter bossed her dad around (says nursery has one)!
It was mario at olympics.

Tennis I could not move the controls to the side to hit the ball, I was able to hit the ball by lifting the control up a bit by my head!! Crunch went the joints, click went the elbow.....I had fun but didn't do well!

Running track you hold control in each hand and move the controls up and down quickly, my wrists let me down. Didn't do well at all!

Trampoline you held the remote up and down to get the character bouncing and press buttons for tricks of spinning/turning on the trampoline.........couldn't bounce high enough and follow the prompts for spinning the character! Oohhh well.

Has anyone had success on a games consult?

Ha! Jane you made me chuckle!

We've got a wii complete with fitness board thinking it might help with my core stability... Ha! It doesn't like me! Calls me unbalanced!!! (no comment!)

I can do bowling on it.
I have found the BEST thing on it is The just dance series
You can just move your arms about!
Legs too if you like but all sat down
Plus the littlest one likes to join in

The boys of the household have an x box but we don't have a connects thingy on it- Apparently they have lots of glitches before one is worth getting so I'm told

Try the just dance series

Hi Jenni

I will look on amazon l8r for dancing things on wii !
We haven't got a board....I'm sure I wouldn't be any good at balancing.

I asked my husband how to set it up, what to press on the remote, he said oohh its easy when you know how!!! He said ask me and I shall do it for you (aaaaaah men)!!!

Maybe I shove pen and paper under his nose!

Who says these things are for men and kids!
